Run Automator Workflow after inactivity.

    I have an Automator Workflow that I made to enable a mouse and keyboard lock application. I need to have the Workflow run after inactivity (like a screensaver would). I'm not sure if I need a Terminal command or something else. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
