My better half does e-scrapbooking. I help her out occasionally since I work with graphics people more than she does I know a few photoshop/illustrator techniques that she doesn't.

She is on a kick of pillaging freebies. I have no problems with that. CD-R's and DVD-Rs are cheap, but there is one site she went to recently that has the files in some bizarro PC format.

the files are at...
http://www.scrapbookscrapbook.com/themes.html

What I know of the format...
They are EXE files...
the site claims that eFax can open them...
tearing apart the files they claim to be neolite compressed...
googling neolite says that it mays executable files compressed and executable, useful for obfuscation and smaller downloads....
adding macintosh to the google turns up nothing but antivirus messages...
StuffitExpander says wtf when trying to open them...

Any clues?

Only thing I can say is that they had better be real easy to use on a pc
