Searching for an app-Excel or document sharing

Hi,

I am searching for an app that would allow cloud sharing AND editing of a document, preferably an Excel sheet.
Ideally I'd like for multiple users to be able to edit it and even be able to e-mail it.

Does anyone know if something like this exists?

Excel puts a user lock on files when opened and any subsequent user only gets to open in read mode.

The pro edition also supports editing files with QuickOffice which you would have to purchase separately.
