Shared Router

I was looking to send a document and when I clicked on my finder I found a line that said shared and underneath it said router. This looked unfamiliar so I attached some photos and if anyone could tell me what this means it would be very much appreciated. Some routers have a USB port where you can connect a USB key or External drive, if so it is likely accessed as you have seen there.
