Sharing Files between Mac and PC

I have looked this up and i cant find any threads that directly ask this but dont sue me if there is one!!

Anyway, I am trying to get my music files from my pb to my pc (just reformatted the pc). I had it set up over the network before but i forget how to get the pc to see my laptop. Its easy to get my mac to see the pc, all i gotta do is click on network and my pc shows up. Can anyone help me set this up?

Check Windows sharing under your Network preferences.

You're going to need to copy the mount directory in to Map Network Drive on the Windows machine. It also helps to have them on the same subnet too.
