I set up a friends new iMac "17 FP, and I went to show him Sherlock and no channels were present. When he installed his software he had no internet access, but now he's on cable modem. Is there a way to get channels back? That translation section is the bomb!

The channels are there they do not have to be loaded in. Just go to view menu in the menu bar in Sherlock and choose, "Show Toolbar".

I've seen this on several computers and they channels are always there. If yours is different please let us know.
