iPod Shuffle in playlists

Hi all

I have a number of play lists that I use down the gym

I was wondering if there is a way to shuffle the songs?? I now how to do it with the whole music library but not on a play list

Anyone have any ideas??

Depending on what iPod you have, if you press the center button a few time, you should get a little thing that says Shuffle: Off, Albums, Songs. Select songs when your in your playlist and it should shuffle them.
