So I updated my iPad Pro to iPadOS 17 and to my disappointment there is one feature which is not working in this version which was working completely fine in iPad iOS 16.6.1 in just the previous software.

So even after enabling the toggle to “Allow Siri when locked” right now when my iPad is locked and I am using a magic cover with it when I try to say hey Siri when it is locked with the magic cover on, it does not get activated, this was working totally fine in iPadOS, 16.6.1 this problem has just happened after I updated to iPadOS 17.

Yesterday, the toggle was at least enabled, so I reset my iPad as reset all settings and now the problem has gone from bad to worse earlier the toggle was at least enabled. Now the toggle itself is kind of greyed out not as in totally greyed out. There is a green thing showing but I can’t turn it on and off. What is happening ? what do I do?

Please see the attached picture in the link right now. It is showing like this.
