iPod Some video Podcasts not syncing to iPhone?

Why is it that some video podcasts from the same person aren't able to be synced to my iPhone while others from the same series are? I checked the Get Info tab and everything seemed the same, same file type and whatnot.

What am I missing? Sort of annoying.

I get that sometimes. I think its because they are encoding the video with different settings, usually the video size/dimensions. Something on the podcasters end is causing it to be incompatible with the ipod. But I could be completely wrong.
