Maybe it says "1 20GB Flash Drive". Eh?
Maybe that's one of the smaller presentation rooms at Marcone. Eh?
well, what do i know.

For old times' sake they're using an Apple //e to run the presentation this time. And it's green?
HSDPA is European fast-speed 3G, even 3.5G standard. It was created by Nokia and presents in its recent phones, like Nokia N95 or E90.huh? Though I cannot really read or understand the last two features, this looks super cool. (Maybe I'm being obtuse but what's a programmable LCD keyboard? Like the optimus thing??)
The last one seems to list 3G, *something*, then 802.11x. Can't read the something in the middle though.
EDIT: I'm realizng the 120GB drive is a big reason to think its fake. Why would a faker make that up though? Perhaps they are faked specs that apple was using on purpose so others in the room wouldn't get the full lowdown? Hrmm...
Interesting but would apple really need to test the real keynote, somehow I doubt it.
120 GB flash drive? Right...
FAKE!!! That screen looks WAY smaller than the one at Moscone West. Also the font is wrong. And it's green? And the spacing is wrong.
I read it as:
Standard Features
120 GB Flash based drive
Intel Core 2 Duo
10" LED Widescreen
Programmable LCD Keyboard
3G HSDPA, 802.11n
The only major flaw is that flash (almost?) always comes in 2^n size multiples, which would make a 128GB drive size more believable. Still, the whole thing seems nice but likely WAY too expensive to be marketable. 32-gb flash drives are running about $300 OEM cost, so a 128 would probably be at LEAST $1000 for the drive alone. This would push the cost of the complete unit into the $3000 range, I bet.
My first laugh out loud at a post all dayTo be fair, we really can't be sure from this photo that the stage isn't built into a really, really big elevator.
Don't believe it. 120GB Flash Drive? How freakin' expensive would THAT be??!!
Looks like a bored student at university had fun with an empty lecture hall and it's projector system.
Look, its a fuzzy picture of Sasquatch!
Honestly...
kuebby, Clive, and icrew, you're quite right about the 128G proportion. Must be a 'test screen' after all....
Fake. Apple use widescreen projectors.
Well what about using the ZFS file system to put multiple smaller flash drives together? ZFS would make it all appear as a single 120gb drive. I wouldn't imagine that it would be the most effecient way to do it, but it would certainly be more feasible and less expensive.
3| Intel Core 3 Duo
Line 3: Might say "Core 3 Duo" or it might say "Core 2 Duo."
