Hi,
I am currently writing a project using XCode and several other dynamically linked libraries , most notibly :
- libpng,
- libjpeg6b,
- avcodec.
The software is to be distributed to other mac users, however, I do not want the application to dynamically link to these libraries and instead have them locally in the app or somehow bundle them with it.
Does anyone know how to statically compile using XCode or just bundle my own libraries with the binary (this should be ok as no optimisations were turned on when compiling the libraries).
If anyone whats to know exactly what this project is for - it is a scientific fluid simulation visualiser that is part of my 4th year group project:

Thanks for your time
