What ever happened to Quicktime Virtual Reality? I used to see it all over the place and it was applied quite nicely in some instances. It seems that Apple has all, but abandoned it. As it looks like the software needs to load in Classic (Current revision v1.0.1).

I'm not sure if this has become a part of Quicktime Pro or not. But I know there are some other programs out there that can make the 360 degree picture. Plus, I'm not sure how well people took to it, since I have only have gone to a few sites with these types of media.

The Hyperspace section of the Star Wars website has an idea cooked up by John Knoll that now has 40+ total panoramic shots of the Episode 3 sets. Unfortunately you have to pay to get access to this content.

My Canon PowerShot S45 digital camera came with an app called PhotoStitch that can output to QVR.
