I have had a 4th gen iPod for nearly 2 years now, and the battery died last truesday so i changed the battery, and just to spite me, it was stolen today whilst i was at school.

To claim it off my insurance I need to know the seriel number but i didn't write it down. is there anyway i could find it out by either ring apples terrible customor care or through iTunes?

Last i checked apple had the highest positive feedback for customer support.

I've always found it absolutley terrible. This is the Uk so it might be different, but you have to call people in india over a dodgy internet connection
