terminal: lmhostid.....?!

good wonderful people,

can someone tell me why typing "lmhostid" in terminal yields no ethernet host id?


it only says "command not found"



huh.


any suggestions?

Because Darwin includes no such command. If you need to extract your ethernet host id, use ifconfig.
