Thunderbolt or USB C cable to connect external monitor?

I recently acquired a 2023 MacBook Pro 14” and have just purchased a Dell U2723QE monitor, which comes equipped with a USB-C cable.

Considering my workflow includes rendering 4K video, I'm contemplating whether there would be any advantages to investing in a Thunderbolt cable for the connection instead. Specifically, I'm eyeing the OWC Thunderbolt 4 cable. Would such an upgrade provide noticeable benefits in my case?
