Tiger Trash problems

Everytime I put a file(s) in the trash on my new PM 2.3 a dialog box says it will be deleted immediatey. I hit OK and it erases the file. The funny thing is there are a few folders in there that it doesn't empty; I haven't emptied it yet manually. Hmmmmmmm.

if it fails to delete those folders, then you should repair permissions and make some cleanup in your computer.

Then if it fails again, try downloading filebuddy and delete them.

Should i repair after every install of a program? or wait until i'm finished with my installation?
