Trading in older ipod

i have an older 1G ipod and I was curious if Apple has a trade in program or something like that.

No, but if it's in relatively good shape and still works, you can probably still get a good amount for it on eBay.

Checking eBay, I see that several have recently completed ending at $130 to $150.

I'm looking to sell my old 3G soon too. I think ebay is the best way to go. I've seen some 3rd party resellers of ipods that give you a trade-in on an old ipod, but ebay is a better value.
