transferring photos from my camera to iphoto

I have a Canon 20D digital camera and a MacBook. When I plug my camera in to the usb port it brings up iphoto and shows my camera in the devices column, but no photos show up on the screen. Does anybody know why this is happening? Please help. Thank You

It's in your Applications folder. Or maybe Utilities.

it is there under devices just klick on it and ti should give you the option to choose which photos you want to have imported (you can choose all at once)

Ok I found image capture, and it shows my camera on the left column, but it still does not show any photos to import. And yes there are photos on my camera
