I just purchased Blue Mic's Icicle adapter for a Shure SM-57 I picked up to work with my recordings in Logic. 'Blue Mic' comes up in the devices for sound input in Sound/System Preferences and I can record audio in Garageband, Ableton Live, and Quicktime, but when I try to change the Audio Preferences in Logic, the option to select 'Blue Mic' as core audio device is not there.

I'm confused if there's something that's incompatible with Logic and this usb adapter, but it shows up in the system preferences and works great in Garageband, or am I not setting it up correctly?

This seems really odd. Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?
