iPhone 12 Pro Updated to IOS17 RC and can now 15 W wirelessly charge?

I updated to iOS 17 RC and now using a new “MagSafe Compatible” charger I’m getting the approved ding and charging ring on phone instead of just a charging notification. I’m assuming this means it’s now charging at 15 watts instead of 7.5? Using an iPhone 12 pro while waiting on 15 pro max. eSR 3 in one charger. Before I updated I was only getting the standard charging notification without the onscreen charging ring.
