Hi,

I upgraded the RAM of my MacBook Pro 13" mid 2010 (from 4gb to 8gb). Now I want to use those 4gb from my MacBook Pro upgrading the memory of a MacMini mid 2011 that comes with 2Gb.

The problem is the MacMini comes with DDR 1333MHz and my MacBook Pro uses the 1067MHz installed.

Do you think the 'upgrade' is worth it? Do you think that to general usage (see movies, photos, Pages, internet, and a SVN server etc.) the computer feels faster having more RAM (though slower RAM) than less?

Thanks in advance!

The slower ram will probably cut your performance down by less than 5%. However, if you are maxing out your ram and doing "page outs" (i.e. relying on your hard drive as virtual memory), then the 5% hit in system speed will be made up for in not having to use the hard drive as extremely slow "RAM"....
