I have the UK power adapter from Apple (bought here from TEG). I know I can plug my powerbook into it, but what about my ipod? Can I take the USB cable from my ipod and charge it via the powerbook (as normal) while plugged into the UK adaptor? Will there be enough power or even too much power?

I'd like not to fry anything in the process. ;)

You'll be fine plugging the iPod into the PB. The PB's adapter is what converts the power. It's rated 110v - 220v.
