Just got my first Mac on Friday, and I love it. This new Macbook air 13 is really better then I even imagined. OS X is a joy to use. The trackpad makes me wonder why I've struggled with Windows PCs for so long. And the semi walled garden (mac app store) is really nice to have.
Anyways, now my question. I've been using an iPad for all my online activities. While the form factor is really nice, I prefer 'consuming content' on this thing. The performance, screen size, and keyboard are just too nice to have...
Are the batteries in the iPad and Macbook Air similar technology? If I use the battery on this thing most of the time, is that ok? I realize it has limited charge cycles... but even at one a day (which I won't hit), that is a couple years of computing, right?
I want to just use this thing without worry of "doing it wrong".
