General Using an iwatch app on ipad or iphone?

Is there way to spoof my iphone or ipad to let me get an iwatch app?

A game I play has added an iwatch app that gives special perks to it's users but I don't want to buy the watch for this one purpose. I'd even accept an android or pc solution(aka bluestacks). Can you point me in the right direction, I'm sure it would be useful for many who play the game. THANKS!
