Before I get hollered to use the search feature, I already did and all I found was old threads from 2010, and technology moves fast, so....

I currently have a Windows 7 nettop with wireless and bluetooth.

Is it possibly to use the iPad as a primary (and only) display to power a notebook computer? And is it fast enough to say, game with or get serious work done?
