As a start, I live in Canada and am on the Telus network (to the extent that makes a difference).
As far as the problem is concerned it is as follows: when a voicemail is left on my iPhone I do get a voicemail alert / notification, I then press on the voicemail alert / notification which takes me to the “voicemail” screen (i.e. Phone/Voicemail) but the screen reads — and this IS weird — “No voicemails” when there actually are voicemails.
Would appreciate any and all help in fixing this.
