Want to swap channels for audio output.

Simple problem - I want to swap the audio channels that my Mac outputs via the headphone jack. So, left channel would end up being the right, and the right would end up being the left. I plug headphones into my speakers, but the headphone jack is on the right speaker, and it would be much more convenient being on the left. And since the speakers aren't made to be swapped around, I thought maybe there would be a software/OS solution. (Looking in the Sound section of Systems Preferences came up with nothing.)

Any ideas?
