Hi, I have spilled some lemon water on my Macbook Pro 16" 2019. I have fixed the keyboard (some keys were sticky and backlight did not work).
The water got on the display too sadly. The Macbook has been sitting next to a dehumidifier for over a week now. The screen got much better but it still not perfect.
Would it be possible to fix that somehow? I would like to avoid replacing the screen as it is over 1200 USD here in Czech rep.
I assume (correct me if I am wrong) that there is some liquid stuck between the lcd panel and the top glass.
Is it somehow possible to remove the display glass and clean the surface of the lcd panel?

Thank you for an advice!

Same happened to me with water. Apparently the bottom of the screen is not sealed. Way to go Apple.

After a spill on the keyboard, especially if the liquid has sugar, it is best to disassemble the MacBook as soon as possible, disconnect the battery, and dry the affected area. Without disassembling, the moisture may remain long enough to cause problems in future. Sometimes, it can take months for moisture damage to become noticeable when using the MacBook.

The best resource here would be the iFixit guide on this MacBook. See what their screen part looks like after they take it apart.
