Hi everyone!
There is a design that I really like and would like to be able to create. It is a wavy line design. I know that this is probably done in regular Photoshop, because of the pen tool, but I know that there should be a way to do this neatly in PSE. I have a Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch, and Photoshop Elements.
