    Hiya guys,

I'm in a wee bit of a pickle and I hope someone here can help me. Does anyone know of a tool that'll convert .cdr (vector graphic) file into .ai? I can't tell you which version of CorelDraw it's created in, only I can't open it and it's dated 2007, however some other versions of CorelDraw import fine!! So I'm at a lost.

FYI: I'm using Illustrator CS5 and it's just giving me a pop-up box telling it can't open the file! Annoying. :(

This looks interesting ... I sometimes have this issue, but haven't found a solution.

I can't figure out how to use it ... any advice?

    Cheers

UniConverter is a command line tool. There is no graphical version or frontend for the app, but one could probably setup an AppleScript or Automator process for it.

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A400 Safari/6531.22.7)

    Ah, then I'm doomed...

    Cheers anyway :)

Have a look at this link On-line File Converter or anything from this Google search page.

I seem to recall this issue coming up a while ago, and an on-line service was the answer.
