The state of the planet.
The snoring other half.
The noisy neighbours.
What I have to do at work tomorrow.
Whether or not to buy the 80GB 5.5G iPod now or hang on for the 'next big thing'.

Also, whenever I set an alarm, I wake up throughout the night wondering if it's about to go off.

I normally don't have problems to sleep until my radio wakes me up, but sometimes I find it hard to fall asleep because of our noisy neighbours and the street light in front of our house.

It was great when this light was broken for weeks, until my wife called someone to fix it...

Im a really light sleeper and wake up even if the cat farts (downstairs). I have bought some earplugs and they work a treat. They block out noise enough so no sounds startles you. Everything is muffled but you can still hear your alarm in the morning. Its great. The throbbing of my massive brain helps me sleep.
