What Software ?

Hi there,

I would like to create the Sound Effects from scratch.
What do you guys think is the best suitable Software Package for that ?

Thinking about something like Cubase, but haev no clue.
Just something that has crazy tools and allows you to create almost all sound effects within the software.

Logic Pro X, I'd say. Especially with the Modeler. Stunningly high creativity ceiling, and sounds like exactly what you're looking for.

You are asking this on an Apple forum so you are going to hear from people using Logic. Logic is good because of all the different kinds of synths. But really I think most many people start out with a microphone.

Depends on the kind of effects you need. If it is things like a door slam or clinking glassware, then record it but if it is some engine noise from an alien space ship then you want the synths
