Doubtful the Fold will be intended for one hand use as the Passport shape makes it awkward
Possibly one hand use in the closed position depending on the size of your hands

I seriously doubt anyone’s been entertaining the idea of using it one handed while open! 😂

It won’t be very usable one-handed, as soon as you need to touch something on the opposite side of the screen. It will be relatively heavy as well, possibly somewhere between the Pro and Pro Max. With a chunky Air-like camera plateau on top of the 9-10 mm body, it will also be rather thick. The volume buttons on the top don’t look very convenient either when folded.

Try it out after launch, but be prepared to stick with the mini.
