And if they wanted a public beta they'd just release one.
They wouldn't put in a loophole to bypass the UDID check while also issuing instructions that don't bypass the UDID check.

I am sure apple is still looking at all the bugs being reported by the people who don't have a NDA like us.
No, he's not. He's just stating it needs a fix and wondering when the next beta will come out. It's not a problem, you may ignore it.
