It's just weird there's nothing. It reminded me of the Apple Watch release

"Doubling down, baby!" ;)

Generally, leaks are recognized as leaks because people know what to look for when there is a different form factor being released. We may have seen some leaks already, but it's hard for "leakers" to pull parts that look so similar to existing products.

Just my guess.

It is very refreshing. I have not been this excited for an iPhone launch in a long time. I mean we are already getting iPhone 7 leaks, so do not have any for the SE is pretty awesome.

Probably because it'll look exactly like the iPhone 5s. Not gonna go well with people who don't like recycled designs, especially since this is the first time that Apple would go with a recycled design twice.

Since leaks are normally either A. the enclosure, B. specs or C. hardware components, and neither at the same time, I guess that people assembling iPhone (5)SE don't know they are making a new model.

Not exactly like the 5s in appearance

Well, tbh there are more leaks about the iPhone 7, still 6 months away, than about iPhone SE, virtually next to be launched.
Maybe it's really identical to the iPhone 5S ...

I like the iPhone 5S, I bought it twice (one at the launch and one last year for my wife), I still think it's one of the best iPhone ever... But an identical product after 3 years ?! I really hope that's not the case.

I agree. Would like to see a bigger version of the 5s for the 7 series. I owned a 5s for 2 weeks but sold it. Loves the feel in hand but screen was way too small for me.

I think a 4.7" version of the iPhone 5S would be just too big and heavy

No reason for it to be if they reduce the bezels and make it the thinness of the current 6 series. I like somewhat heavier phones anyway. Feels more solid especially if it is evenly balanced!

I don't know... I like the current aspect of the iPhone

Think of this phone kind of like an S model. No one really gets excited over last year's design, and the screen assembly, logic board, and rear shell are almost identical to the model before it. There isn't a lot to leak.

I too am a bit surprised by the lack of leaks. I feel like the 5S style is so long in the tooth that Apple probably wouldn't keep it exactly the same style considering they're holding an event to debut a new model with new nomenclature, but then again I can totally see Apple keeping it the same to maximize margins. I think if it were different, we would've seen some sort of leak by now. Then again it may just have super subtle differences to the 5S.

While I am somewhat tired of the chamfered edges (especially on the iPads), there's no denying the 5/5S were great looking phones, so I can't really be too upset if it looks like a 5S, with the added option of rose gold. Curved glass is nice, but I won't complain if it's flat and we don't have to deal with crappy companies like Cinder for true edge to edge screen protectors.

I'm OK with chamfered edges if it holds up better to falls/drops and is easier to hold/isn't so slippy.

Yup, 5 days and about 23 hrs and it will be announced. Patients. Go outside more often. Forums will drive you nuts
