Does anyone know what companies are involved in manufacturing the iPod family?

I know Toshiba were involved!

Hitachi made/make the 4gig drives in the mini, i belive the 6gig drives were reportedly made by Seagate? look around the past posts on the mainpage to be sure

there is another company that makes the chips for the iPods, i cant seem to find the name right now though

and of course they are designed by Apple in California!
