Anyone have idea why macbook air m2 and m3 that dont have any ethernet interface show this ?

networksetup -listallhardwareports


Hardware Port: Ethernet Adapter (en3)


Device: en3


Ethernet Address: XXX (edited)

it might not have an ethernet port but adapter doesn't mean port. adapter is just a driver. it needs it incase you plug in a usb to ethernet dongle?
