I have a 128 bit encrypted web on my campus and i'm able to connect to it but it won't let me go on the internet. The information sheet says to use key 2 but i'm not sure if that matters at all. Where can I go for advanced options so I can get this thing working?
Thanks,
Stephen

The exact same thing happened to me on campus so I went to see the IT guys. They were really helpful, they walked me through it reasonably quickly.

It's far too complicated for me to remember, but I recommend seeing them about it. Sorry I can't be any real help. :)

Hate to say it but some campuses don't cater to the Mac crowd, in particular mine they say that Mac is not supported on the network yet many people that have Macs laptop or desktop can get on. I hope you get the help that you deserve tho.

Yeah well that sucks! My uni gave me a little app called VPNclient which then had to be filled with seemingly random numbers. Take your Mac to them with this app and see if they can make sense of it. I'm pretty sure that it has the same interface whether it's running in Windows or OSX which is promising.
