I'm pretty sure you can play them through Windows Media Player. Download it pretty much anywhere.

Windows Media Player 9-Mac will play WMV3 files, however they must be in WMV or ASF format, WMP9-Mac does not play mpeg or avi files, which is very annoying, as I downloaded some avi contained WMV3 stuff to watch.. and basically, can't.

Hmm, yeah... also, try closing your eyes and wishing *really* hard.

And defrag your hard drive.

And then do repair permissions.

If none of these magical fixes work, you may have to face up to the fact that AVI is a multiplexing specification that WMPlayer does not support.
