XChat for OS X

about time, it works, I've been using snak and it was ok, but this is sooo much better.
 
Yeah right, this is totally unusable piece of sh...
It is missing lots of feautures and Ircle is so much better then this, especially in administration of channel. Actually Ircle is so much better that they cant even be compared!!

even as an alpha this port blows away the competition. XChat, again, is far and away the best IRC client for any platform. This port may be early...but its already 10 steps ahead.

I'm interested to give something like this a try... but would love to hear a little more about what it can and does do... I know you're in the know about all things Apple Sparkleytone, and the negative poster didn't explain the negatives very well.

It would be great to have someone tell some of the coolest things an IRC Chat client is capable so that us folks who haven't kicked the tires or taken it for a test drive can go wild...
