macOS Xcode 4 release

Hi Guys,

It's bin a while after the preview of xcode 4.
Can't find any reference for the release date of xcode 4.
Sure I can download a beta but our company only works with released environments.

Is there any pointer from Apple when xcode 4 will be released ?
Next mayor X update ?

It's scheduled for some time between iWork.com coming out of beta and the white iPhone shipping.
