The contents of the bags will necessarily be completely different from one to the next. That's part of the Japanese tradition, and that's exactly what makes it fun. If they were all the same, someone would post the contents (in this case, right from the store) and people would immediately decide whether or not to buy them simply on whether they wanted to get that particular stuff for that much money.
If Apple is faithful to the tradition (and I'm sure they will be), the contents should vary quite a lot. Some people will be disappointed and some people will get far more than they paid for. In Japan, it's not uncommon for the people who didn't get what they wanted to buy a *second* bag.
And contrary to one poster, at least some of the bags should contain products that cost Apple more than the cost of the bag. The rationale is partly explained above, but Apple also gets some promotional value from doing this.
For those planning to buy, keep in mind that you're buying for the fun of not knowing. If you have only $250 and you are there for an iPod mini, then spend your money on the iPod mini!!!
