I noticed another issue I think is caused by Mountain Lion.
The ${audioTrack} variable doesn't seem to get set correctly. So when my job runs I end up seeing "-a , " instead of "-a 1,1" in the HandBrakeCLI preset. I use custom presets.
This ends up causing HandBrake to convert DTS to AC3 with a bitrate of 192Kb/s, which sounds really bad. It took me a while to figure out what was causing it...

Hey HackerJL! I'm still around, but I've been busy with work and other projects. I'm hoping to provide some updates in next month or so
While I don't know of a way to automatically mount/umount the ISOs (though I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to modify the script to scan through looking for ISOs in your rip folder and mount them. I haven't tried this myself yet), what I know does work is manually mounting the ISOs, making sure batch encode scans for optical discs, and then run the batch encode. I'm not sure how many images OS X can mount at once, but what I've been doing is mounting them in groups, batch encoding, and then unmounting those and mounting a new group. It seems to be working well so far.
