I think it is going to be today. This is what I get when trying to view the top Alternative downloads.

Edit: Its working now with no issues.

it's probably apple messing with us on purpouse so we think iTunes 11 is coming today and we will be setup for getting nothing

pretty soon this is going to be the longest thread on macrumors because iTunes11 is still not out!

the iTunes updates from anywhere between 10:00 am PST and 7:57 pm PST where for Wednesday releases so we still have sometime today..

I think there is still a 50% chance release tomorrow or friday if it does not happen today because we have seen iTunes updates then as well. They can fix the issues after thanksgiving if necessary.

I don't believe they will release this week.. Isn't holiday in US next week? So, they release a software, and three days later, they dismiss all employes for a week? Probably iTunes 11 is ready and just waiting everybody returning from holiday to be released... is more safe

I'm sorry to be a dream crusher but didn't the memo say it was delayed until the "End of November"?

Right now we are in the middle of November so if it was going to be released today, they would have said "Mid-November".

I say they are going to milk out every day they have until the very last day of November.

Although I hope to be wrong.
