Same for me, clean install, the only difference is the scrolling name. Only option in phone is to add pic in the favorites area.
Yes, Apps can now bundle system extensions as part of their App bundle. The extensions are removed when the App is uninstalled. One of those extensions is to provide a custom keyboard.
Wether or not there's going to be a new section on the AppStore is something only Apple can say. Otherwise it'd probably just go in to "Utilities" with the rest of the stuff that doesn't fit in an existing category.
Will they update apps (developers) through the developer preview, and be pushed through the app store for ios8 users, or do they wait till the public release?

Yesterday during the keynote, on the screen during the enterprise portion, there was something written about password locking individual apps. Has anyone seen this, or figured it out yet? This would be pretty great.

In the past it has been hit or miss. For example, some app developers snuck iOS7 support in regular updates before iOS7 was released. Most won't blatantly do an update just to support the beta.

From what I understand and have experienced in the past - Apps can be updated for compatibility support during the beta period - i.e. if an App like Spotify is broken, it can be updated so it works. However, anything using new APIs can't be published until release date (for example if an app wants to take advantage of extensions, they won't be allowed to release that update until the day the iOS update is made available to the public).

Also, I made a topic about this, I haven't seen anyone talk about it, and the topic is being ignored, but it's a big deal: iOS 8 no longer requires a Wi-Fi connection for AirPlay

In general, they will update their apps for compatability during the iOS 8 beta and push them through the App Store. They won't say "iOS 8 issues" in the release notes until iOS 8 actually releases. They will typically just say something generic like "bug fixes" or "stability issues".
New API support as was mentioned needs to wait for the full release.
Unfortunately this is a manual time entry, not auto like google that will calculate the route to the appointment location. Options are 30min, 1 hour, etc. just to it can adjust your timed reminded to take that manually entered travel time into account.
