is there a possibility that these will all just be sent to apple stores and other wireless carriers to restock? not sure how these things work but hopefully thats not what happens lol i need my 128gb in los angeles asap lol

I hope it's not just restock for the stores...that would suck...personally I think they should be filling orders before restocking stores but hey what do I know...I'm just poor non-premier customer who fell for the wake up early and "pre order" game...#
 
Forgive me for getting a bit off topic, and im fairly new to posting here. How do I change my "signature" to include all my iphone order stats. I see it on the bottom of many post. Just figured it would help when i post incase others are in my boat.

User CP> Settings & Options > Edit Signature
 
Wife's gold 64+ shipped. Received shipment notification email from Premier at 830 est tonight. I ordered it thru premier site at about 3:10 est on 12th and received confirmation email at 6:34 later that morn. My AG 64+ still on backorder. The 877 number gave me the hint yesterday when I called. Said mine was backordered and hers was processing. Use the 877 number and if it says backordered no luck but once they say processing it should be shipped by next day. I'd screenshot but at this point it doesn't matter. Besides just got done typing a paper for school and I'm tired and have to work early tomorrow. For a 36yo Army guy, tomorrow will come real soon.

Holy hell. I just did that, called number, and it's finally being processed. I tried an hour ago and it was still saying backordered.. 64+ SG. Ordered at 3:00 est. Got confirmation email at 4:10 am est. Should be shipped tomorrow. I was in the infamous 10/2 group for the last week. They are coming. That late of a change is good news for you guys. Still some phones being scanned even this late. Sorry for duplicating some info. Posted this in another forum too. Premier here.

Great news iPhone 6+ 64GB Space Grey folks!

My phone has been shipped and estimated to arrive tomorrow, 9/23 (my freaking birthday) by 3:00 PM! Here are my details for people in a similar situation:

  • iPhone 6+ 64GB Space Grey
  • Ordered from ATT.com at at 1:46AM CST
  • I live in Champaign-Urbana, IL
  • Order number starts with 1018
  • I don't know if I am Premier or not and do not know how to check
  • My initial ship date was 10/2-10/13, soon changed to 10/13-10/31, then back to 10/2-10/13 over the weekend
  • Tonight at 8:00PM I checked my order through the link in the first email I was sent and my estimated time changed to "Pending Confirmation" (oh no!)
  • I panicked and called ATT and checked other forums while I was on hold
  • I learned I should check my order status from the ATT.com website, so I did
  • ATT.com order status said "Shipped" and gave me my Fedex tracking number!
  • My phone left Memphis, TN at 5:32 pm on Monday and is estimated to be here tomorrow (Tues.) by 3:00 PM! I hope my roommates will be home to answer the door!

If you guys have any questions I will try to answer!
I want to say "don't give up hope," but that only pissed me off when I read it, so I won't say anything!

What really matters is what time did you get your processed text? Order number, order time or confo email don't matter. What am I saying even processed text doesn't matter. You just won the ATT lottery..

Got a $75 credit by posting to @ATT_CustomerCare with the #attfail on Twitter
They responded via messenger on Twitter
After giving her the vital info, and saying I felt like I deserved a bill credit or a new case based on the failure of the fcfs they say was supposed to happen, she asked if she could call me. She did this evening and gave me enough credit to get a nice case as well as a bill credit
BTW I was nice on the phone and and explained that a lot of the frustration I've seen on this thread had as much to do with ATT's lack of transparency as well as the fact that the CSR's obviously were not given any leadership/guidance/information that would have at least given the consumer a feeling that we weren't all being stonewalled.

Anyway, been reading this thread since Friday(?) I haven't had any movement on my dates at all.

Yes please let that be MEEEEE, nor cal here and I am about to beat a poor non deserving ATT rep at my local store..
 
You know what hurst the most?? I work at the postal service USPS! And I've been delivering the costumers that comes trough the window their iphone 6 and pluses!! Every time i deliver one it feels like I've been kicked in the nuts!!! And worst of all i asked them their order times, all of them hours after me!!


These came friday afternoon

Just did the 877# call. Throughly disappointed with a "back ordered" status. Very disheartening. I ordered on the 12th. But didn't get the email until 7:45 am.

kudos to you, i was nothing but nice to two different reps on the chat and they wouldn't give me any credit because they claimed there were too many customers to give a credit too, basically acknowledging the mistake on their part but not wanting to take any form of responsibility and then they threw out the whole 14-21 days cut and paste message a few times over

Try hitting them on Twitter with the #attfail. The chat people have repeatedly told me they couldn't do anything for me. Once you're out there posting that hashtag, you'll hear from them.

Just got my 6 plus set up! It's awesome! I'm sure those who have not received any update will get one soon! It will be worth it!
