The only thing I bought from apple store online was an ipod..it had problems after about two weeks and I went to their support section online and found the warranty stuff where i filled in a form with my problem. The guy came to pick it upp 2 days later and when it couldn't be fixed, they delivered a brand new one to my door a couple of days later...a superb experience...so buy straight from apple..
