im assuming game center and reminders are still the same then.
Caught this slip, i am sure just a mistake since DP6 was released on Aug 21. But look at the "posted date" of DP7, Sep 21, 2013 haha. Wouldn't that be nice if that was the GM seed or release date. A day after probable iphone launch and a Saturday so not likely but one can only wait
That's very interesting. If I'm not mistaken, Apple used to do all the OS releases on Friday/Saturday, but since they've gone digital only, it doesn't matter anymore. The last one was on a wednesday.
But I actually expect the release of Mavericks to be around that time. They will do a last preview at the iPhone event, maybe with a special last minute feature or two and announce the release date as well. But I don't think it will be in the same week as iOS7. Last time the release of Mountain Lion and iOS6 slowed Apple's servers to a crawl, they wouldn't do both at the same time!
Could someone please take a screenshot of the new wallpapers, or add them online somewhere?
Thanks
anyone care to show a screenshot of what these new wallpapers are?
I doubt that. Btw, if you can wait for the GM, why not wait for the final release? So does this mean I'll need to do a fresh install with the GM?
There are a bunch of new wallpapers.
Also, you can now start an iMessage from notification center (same as the twitter, Facebook, and linked in post buttons).

couldnt you already do that in iMessage before DP7
Yes, the system is locked up tight so no viruses can get in. It is a virus prison.
Forgive my ignorance, but aren't they the same thing?
Do you think Google has to pay Hershey to use Kit Kat?
I'm not talking about from a notification, I'm talking about when you just open notification center you can start a brand new iMessage conversation, not just reply to an iMessage.
we know what you mean. You could already do it in previous DPs:
