When someone gets a chance can they let me know how to open a Note that is protected by Touch ID on the iPhone, on the Mac? I'm curious to see if it just asks for a password.
What about live first aid in Disk Utility, never seen that before, I just used it cause after installing my Mac froze 2 times at the login screen, no damage but a safe boot fixed it, or so I may hope, haven't restarted since then.

What do you mean with "live first aid"? You can boot to recovery and use Disk Utility there.
Normally you can't repair a disk which is in use, now I was able to run first aid on the boot disk, so "live".
Apple is up to something unusual with all these betas coming close together...
Mail works fine for me. Have you discussed your issues with the apple genius bar person? Also suggest checking permissions and running a disk diagnostic program.
One thing that works really poorly is the wireless connection between my Macbook Pro and my iPhone when using the wireless access point. It takes forever to connect and sometimes it won't connect at all. I hope they fix this issue. USB tethering works perfectly...

Strange, that never happened to mine (Late 2015). Did you try NVRAM Reset, SMC Reset, Apple Diagnostics?
The 2016 Mac minis and rMBPs need a newer kernel, i.e. OS X version. OS X 10.11.4 contains bugfixes for previous OS X 10.11.x versions and support for newer machines like the 2016 rMBP and Mac mini.
This is getting ridiculous! 10.11.3 isn't out yet and they have started seeding the betas of 10.11.4. Which longstanding issues are they trying to fix or they are seeding the betas as a ritual??
The .3 team was seen as incompetent so they did a reorganization to remove the lead. Now the .4 team is the same people using a committee approach to solving problems. You know, where the net vector becomes zero.
I have noticed that with El Capitan this phrase has become meaningless. People with different computers get different results from doing the same things. Hell, people with seemingly identical setups get different results. Has that happened before? (I haven't been a member that long, and my OS X problems pre-Yosemite were minimal, if any...) Mail in particular seems to work for people who only have one account configured (like me) and fail for those with multiple accounts.

Nah that is nothing new. I really hope they bring back the old disk utility.
I have three mail accounts. Gmail, Me (iCloud), and work Exchange. I have years of messages, folders, and attachments and have had no issues at all.

I literally switched back to Windows 10 because the size and frequency of these OSX updates indicate to me that something is seriously wrong and they are trying very hard to fix it. Meanwhile my Windows 10 updates are very small, and infrequent.
