When I open Microsoft Excel regardless of whether I open a document or just open the program, I get a message saying 'Not Enough Memory" and am unable to open any documents.
Please help me, I'm not good with computers haha.

How much ram is installed,
How much ram is free (see activity monitor)
What version of Excel are you using.

Did you delete the plists ~/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Excel.plist?

While I have that where you indicate, I've found, if memory serves, what actually gets replaced when firing up Excel is this:

/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/com.microsoft.Excel.prefs.plist
